Local Pick UP
1. Place your warehouse order online and select which warehouse location for your local pickup option.
2. Select the date that you would like to pick up your order. Same day pick up is not available now, but you may select any date for the next 14 days excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. You will receive a ready-to-pick-up order confirmation from shop@woodbridgebath.com
4. Arrive at the designated warehouse on the pickup date, present your pickup documents and ID card to one of our customer service team members, and wait in your car.
5. Ordered items will be delivered to your car side. Check the items, and sign the Goods Receipt if there isn’t any product discrepancy, then you can finish your pickup.

Note:

1.Alternative Pickup Person: If you will send someone else to pick up your order, please reply to the confirmation email with the person’s exact name on their driver's license. The pickup person needs to bring their driver's license and a copy of the order.
2. Please check the warehouse address and distance, and make sure that you’re able to drive to our warehouse for pickup by yourself before we close.
3. Refer to the warehouse pickup location map for exact pickup location.
4. If you are not able to pick up on the selected date, please reply to the confirmation email or email to shop@woodbridgebath.com to request pickup date extension.
