How can I use the coupon

1.Shopping Cart

when you have items in the cart, you can make the choice to use the coupon by selecting APPLY COUPON or not.


2. Checkout Now

When you are ready to do the payment, you can click CHECKOUT NOW and the coupon will be selected automatically. There will be an automatic deduction for the payment.

*In this way, the coupon cannot be cancelled. If you want to pay without the coupon, you should go back to the shopping cart and change the selecting choice.



Is the coupon can be re-used?

Here are the several situations you will meet.

1.Pending payment

*If pending payment is not over 24 hours, the coupon will be back to your account after the order cancelled.

*If pending payment is over 24 hours, the coupon will be not be back to the account after cancelled, as system has determined it to be used automatically.


*If there is pending payment with coupon selected, the coupon will not appear in MY COUPON. After cancelling the payment, you can find it in your account.


2.Paid orders

If the coupon has been selected in the paid order, it will not be back when you cancel the order. The system will determine it to be used and expired.
