I purchased this toilet a few years ago and I love it so much that I purchased another one for my other bathroom. The toilet is amazing. It works as it says. It’s beautiful and functional. remove the top and the cover, once flush and fill valve are exposed there is a Float directly to the RIGHT of the flush valve. You want to twist either with a philips screw driver or by hand, you want to twist clockwise and lift the flight to its highest setting to allow for more water to enter the bowl.
The sticker applies more to the inside then it does the outside. I suggest using a more organic cleaning product on the toilet but avoid adding bowl cleaners inside the unit all together as it can clog or damage the units inner components.

Q: 1. What is the status of my B0960S Combo Toilet- Bidet order that is scheduled for delivery to your NJ warehouse on Pierce St. in Somerset? 2. A: You only ordered and paid 1 B0960S-2 in order # 20210121012. However, order # 20210121012 was canceled and refunded already. Order # 20210121011 had 2 B0960S-2, but that order was unpaid and canceled as well. We do have B0960S-2 in our NJ office now, but you need to make appointment with us. The wait time is very long now. Sorry for the delay as we are extremely short of staff in the support department lately. The response time is longer than normal. Yes, B0960S-2 is good for everyday use. BTW, B0960S and B0960S-2 are the same.

Q: Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity or range of the auto open function? Mine will open as soon as I enter the bathroom, but I want it to be less sensitive and only open when the toilet is approached.
A: You can select to activate or deactivate auto open and close from the remote control but can't change the sensitivity and range of the function.

Q: Hello, my village inspector says we need a dual check valve for a bidet toilet, does the 960S come with a dual check valve built in?
A: Your inspector should be more clear as to what he is asking for. Is he asking for a dual check valve or if the unit has back flow prevention. The unit is UPC certified thus has back flow prevention. There is no need for an external dual check valve....

Q: Can the auto open and close feature be turned off? How does it operate? I'm concerned that in a small bathroom that it will open unnecessarily.
A: As it states in the instruction manual, To turn on and off you just hold the stop button and then depress and release the all closed button then release the stop button.

Local Pick Up
1. Place your warehouse order online and select which warehouse location for your local pickup option.
2. Select the date that you would like to pick up your order. Same day pick up is not available now, but you may select any date for next 14 days exclude weekend and public holidays.
3. You will receive a ready to pick up order confirmation from shop@woodbridgebath.com
4. Arrive to the designated warehouse on pickup date, present your pickup documents and ID card to one of our customer service team members and wait at your car.
5. Ordered items will deliver to your car side, check the items, and sign the Goods Receipt if there isn’t any product discrepancy, then you can finish your pickup.

1.Alternative Pickup person: If you will send someone else to pick up your order, please reply to the confirmation email with the person’s exact name on the Driver License. The pickup person needs to bring his driver license and a copy of the order.
2. Please check the warehouse address and distance, and make sure that you’re able to drive to our warehouse for pickup by yourself before we closed.
